HOW TO MONITOR THE LIVE CALLS?

• 👉 On the DASHBOARD page, you need to click on the REPORT.
• 
• 👉 Then from dropdown menu, you need to click on LIVE CALLS, from there you can check Waiting calls & Connected Calls.
